Atlantic Beach homes are also moving faster than ever! Homes are selling 10% faster in 2019 versus 2018 and currently average just 65 days on market!

Single family homes are in high demand! The average house is currently selling for $516,973 – 99.5% of the average listing price – so sellers are getting what they are asking for! The average house is selling in 66 days, and with inventory at just 4 months, this is most definitely a hot sellers market!
